Terms of service

Article 1 (Validity of Terms and Conditions)

These Terms and Conditions are a contract concluded between the shopping mall and the user (hereinafter referred to as “User”) regarding the use of the Internet shopping mall service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) provided by SKINSCAPE (hereinafter referred to as “Shopping Mall”).

Article 2 (Use of Services)

Users must complete the membership registration procedure in order to use the services provided by the shopping mall.
When registering as a member, users must accurately enter their name, email address, phone number, and other required information.
Users can use all services provided by the shopping mall after registering as a member.

Article 3 (Obligations of Users)

Users must comply with these Terms and Conditions and related regulations.
Users must not use or infringe upon the shopping mall’s systems and data without permission.
Users must not engage in any acts that may damage the reputation of the shopping mall or interfere with the operation of the shopping mall’s services.
Users must not engage in any acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, such as copyrights, trademarks, and video rights.
Users must not provide false or misleading information or conduct transactions. Users must not engage in advertising or promotional activities without the prior consent of the shopping mall.

Article 4 (Provision and Suspension of Services)

The shopping mall will do its best to provide continuous and stable services to users.
The shopping mall may temporarily suspend or limit services due to system inspection, maintenance, or other reasons.
The shopping mall will notify users in advance if services are suspended or limited for reasons under Paragraph 2 above.

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

The shopping mall is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
The shopping mall is not responsible if services are temporarily suspended or limited due to problems with the communication network or system.
The shopping mall does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by users.

Article 6 (Change of Terms and Conditions)

The shopping mall may change these Terms and Conditions, and the changed contents will be posted on the shopping mall homepage (http://skinscape.store).
The changed Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of posting.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance.

Article 8 (Other)

Matters not provided for in these Terms and Conditions shall be determined in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
